Refund Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Credits are an allowance with no cash value. Here is when and how money is returned for a plan or a top-up.

1. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time in Manage plan. It stops the next renewal; you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling alone refunds nothing.

2. Asking for a refund

Within 14 days of your latest subscription payment, you can ask for a refund at support@owlticker.ai, from the email on your account.

We return the money of the credits you haven't used from that payment: the credits it gave you that are still in your balance (your free monthly credits, and any credits we added, count as used first), plus, for a yearly plan, the months not given yet — as a share of what you paid, rounded down to the cent. Those credits are then removed and the subscription ends at once; as at any paid plan's end, every credit still in your balance lapses with it, top-ups included.

For example: a $19 monthly plan gives 20,000 credits; with 4,000 of them left, $3.80 is returned.

A top-up can be refunded the same way within 14 days of paying for it: the money of its credits still in your balance (free credits, credits we added and a plan's count as used first). Ask at support@owlticker.ai; those credits are then removed.

3. What isn't refunded

A payment more than 14 days old (for a plan, cancel instead, so it doesn't renew); credits already used; free credits; and the period left after a move to a lower plan, which starts at the next renewal. An upgrade's charge is part of the payment it was made with.

4. How it is paid back

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days. Where the law gives you more, we follow the law.
