Top-ups

When you need more credits, top up with one payment: $1 = 1,000 credits, the same for everyone signed in, in packs from $5. Top-up credits are used after the monthly ones (a plan's while it is live, Free's otherwise), and last 12 months from the latest top-up or until a paid plan ends, whichever comes first: at a paid plan's actual end every credit left lapses, top-ups included. A plan gives more credits for each dollar.

Paying and renewing

A plan is paid on Stripe's page and renews automatically every month or year until you cancel it in Manage plan; a cancel takes effect when the period you paid for ends. Yearly is 10% off twelve months, and its credits come month by month.

Credits are used only on OwlTicker and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. While a plan is live, its credits take the place of Free's monthly credits; when it ends, every credit left is cleared and Free's come with the next month. A plan's and the free credits refresh each period: they don't carry over; top-up credits last 12 months from the latest top-up or until a paid plan ends, whichever comes first.
